Niagara Tunnel Rock Mechanics Person

As the only independent rock engineer in Northern Ontario, and "arguably the only one in Ontario," juggling multiple projects on spur-of-the-moment notice is something the Sudbury-based consultant is accustomed to.

All I want to say is that I was reading this, and I said "Wow, they should consult this guy on the Niagara Tunnel!". Then I read further....

Well, at least it's good to know these things. I really like the reports they put out, they have integrity.

My old-guy engineer that I visit did a lot of the Montreal bridges and tunnels. Boy, is he a hoot!
