PULEESE, have a drag, and throw in earthquakes.
What I want you to do is to be totally ready for a 1 in 100 earthquake (M5.5), and at least go through the scenario for a 1 in 1000 (M6.5). This is really, really necessary. This flooding is 1 in 50, and we weren't very ready.
